About Oom Org Cottage
The cottage has just been upgraded, with full solar electricity, electric appliances, wifi and remote work station.
Oom Org is situated 7 km from Dullstroom and can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. This is a charming stone cottage in a private setting on a farm, excellent fishing opportunities in a well-stocked dam on the doorstep.
The self-catering stone chalet consists of one en-suite double bedroom, and and open loft with two single beds.
It also beautiful views over the dam and valley.
The Space
The cottage is secluded and with a fly fishing dam on the doorstep, situated on a farm 6km outside of Dullstroom.
The cottage is fully off the grid with with full 220v solar power.
The stove, geyser and oven is gas operated.
Guest Access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the wide open spaces of the farm.
Spend your days hiking, cycling, or fishing while taking in the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside.

Other Things to Note
With very little light pollution, the farm offers spectacular night skies. On clear evenings, guests can enjoy incredible stargazing, with countless stars visible overhead, making evenings around the cottage just as memorable as the days.

We spent our 7-year wedding anniversary at Holingsberg, staying in Oom Org Cottage, and it was absolutely perfect. The setting is peaceful, beautifully kept, and surrounded by those classic Dullstroom views that make you instantly relax.
The cottage was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a quiet weekend away. We loved the small touches and the feeling of privacy, it really felt like our own little escape……
We enjoyed the lovely walks, the tranquillity, the beautiful view right from the stoep, seeing the cattle moving past ‘our’ dam, the frogs and sky at night, and an otter in the morning was a first for me. Also seeing the two swallow/swift nestlings having their first flying lessons right near/on the stoep.
Heleen was very helpful and responsive to our messages which made us feel very at home. Thank you very much.
Great little cabin in spectacular surroundings with endless viwes! Our dogs loved the freedom to roam around to their hearts’ content and we genuinely enjoyed the fishing. It was really lovely to spend quality time in nature
under the oak tree during the day and in front the fire at night. It is really rare to be located so close to Dullstroom but feel worlds removed from any civilisation. It was certainly good for the soul. Definitely recommend!
